Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you, when they revile you, and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for My sake.
Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets which were before you. You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Hoje, we are going to take a break from our usual format because so many of us have been suffering from some very hard trials, and I want to use this time to repent of any sin in our lives and to pray for guidance and wisdom in our personal lives and this ministry. senhor, so many in our midst have been suffering for a long time with no relief. We ask, senhor, para Você to move mightily on our behalf. We are seeking You with our whole hearts. Please attend to the voice of our prayers. Your word says that You collect our tears in a bottle. So precious in Your sight are Your saints.

We pray for our leaders in our government. Lord God, we pray your Holy Spirit will break those whose ways and policies oppose You. We pray que You will bend the arrows they are firing at Sour children so their own hearts will be pierced instead. senhor, confound those who are swift to shed innocent blood, who cause division, who lie, cheat, steal, and run to mischief. We pray que Você will convict them of their sins so they can confess and turn from them. senhor, we are praying for their salvation, in Jesus’ Name.

We pray for our leaders in the church and in ministry. senhor, we bind any épirit of pride in the Name of Jesus. Help us to be humble and teachable. Help us to be quick to hear and slow to speak. I pray our words will not be harsh but will be life–affirming and encouraging. Help us to continually extend grace to others. Help us to be patient, kind, and compassionate. Let the glorious light of the gospel shine through our actions and words. We pray others will be drawn to You through our testimonies.

We pray for those who have heard the gospel and have rejected it. É a bondade de Deus que leva ao arrependimento. Father, help us to reflect Sour beauty in this world. Help us to love others the way you do, without partiality. For they are Sour image–bearers and Your most magnificent creation. senhor, we are praying You will have mercy upon them. Open their spiritual eyes to see who You are. Open their hearts e make them soft and pliable like clay in the Master’s hand. senhor, we are praying for a mighty harvest of souls saved.

Father, we are praying for a mighty revival in our land; let it start with me, senhor.

Now let’s go to the Lord and share our hearts and our burdens. Let us confess sin and receive the forgiveness and healing we all need. Let’s join our hearts in one accord to worship and thank God for His goodness and faithfulness.

Quando eu era uma garotinha, Eu estava me esforçando para ser perfeito, pensando que seria amado se fosse. Isso não funcionou, então me virei para o álcool, para o 12 anos, drogas para 13, sexo para 16, e então eu fiz meu aborto em 21 anos. Me escondi em meus segredos e coloquei a máscara da perfeição, mas por dentro eu estava sofrendo de profunda depressão e solidão.

Eu estava procurando amor e aceitação nos lugares errados.. Este vazio profundo me tornou vulnerável ao inimigo. Eu tinha tanta raiva e ódio de mim mesmo que tentei me machucar socando e chutando paredes e portas.. Eu estava fora de controle. Minha depressão piorou, especialmente depois do aborto. Eu só queria acabar com aquela vida atormentada.

Mas Deus tinha um plano diferente para mim, um bom plano com um bom futuro. Ele 6 Fevereiro 1994, Deus me salvou radicalmente e eu nasci de novo em 34 anos. Sou muito grato a Deus por sua misericórdia quando estava perdido em meus pecados., atormentada, quebrado, deprimido e sozinho. Eu pensei que a vida não valia a pena ser vivida até que Deus me desse uma vida abundante em Cristo.

Nunca quero esquecer de onde venho porque isso me ajuda a amar ainda mais Jesus por causa do que Ele fez por mim.. Eu sou um pecador salvo pela graça de Deus, e você também pode ser. Se você nunca pediu a Jesus que perdoasse seus pecados e fosse seu Senhor e Salvador, então hoje é o dia da salvação para você.

A Bíblia diz:

23 porque todos pecaram, e eles ficam aquém da glória de Deus, (Romanos 3:23)

23 Porque o salário do pecado é a morte, mas o dom gratuito de Deus é a vida eterna em Cristo Jesus nosso Senhor. (Romanos 6:23)

9 que se você confessar com a sua boca que Jesus é o Senhor, e acredite em seu coração que Deus o ressuscitou dentre os mortos, você será salvo. 10 Porque com o coração se acredita pela justiça, mas com a boca se confessa para a salvação. 11 Bem, a Escritura diz: Todo mundo que acredita nele, não terá vergonha. (Romanos 10:9-11)

13 porque todo aquele que invoca o nome do Senhor, será salvo. (Romanos 10:13)

 

8 Pois pela graça você foi salvo por meio da fé; e isso não vem de você, porque é um presente de Deus; 9 não por obras, para que ninguém possa se gabar. (Efésios 2:8-9)

A salvação é um presente de Deus.

Genesis 3:6-9
então, when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew they were naked; and they sewed fig lives together and made themselves coverings. And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of God among the trees of the garden. Then the Lord God called Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”

Genesis 3:21
Unto Adam also and to his wife the Lord God make coats of skins and clothed them.

Numbers 32:23
But if ye will not do so, contemplar, ye have sinned against the Lord: and be sure your sin will find you out.

1 John 2:2
And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

My marriage did not start out on a solid foundation. I married my husband, first, because I felt a bond with him because we aborted our first child, Joseph, 45 anos atrás, and second, because we were living in sin and I was about to graduate from college and that meant my parents would be visiting me in Ohio for the first time on my graduation. I was frantically trying to figure out, “How am I going to hide this from them?”

Seven weeks before my sister was to be married, she broke off her engagement. I had no idea she was even struggling in this relationship, and when I think back at that, I realize I didn’t even console my sister because I was very self-absorbed. I was living in sin and doing the devil’s bidding, and that made me a very selfish individual. I was obsessed with keeping that perfect mask on and making sure my sin would not be found out.

então, I devised a plan, “What if I took her place? That might work. The wedding is in August, and I graduate in December, so the timing will be perfect.”

I saw red flags. He was too controlling and manipulative, but he took care of my physical needs, so I decided to go forward with my plan.

A few days before the wedding, I was at my parent’s house, and I was vacuuming my brother’s room. The only window in his room was a small hexagonal window on top of the west wall. I was thinking to myself and saying a prayer of sorts; I didn’t know the Lord then, so I only cried out to Him in times of desperation. “Am I doing the right thing marrying John?” All of a sudden, the sun shone in through that little window on me, and I could feel the sun’s rays on my face. And I felt a calming in my spirit, and I said to myself, “OK, I guess that means yes.” So, I went through with it.

I was like Adam and Eve in the garden. I too was hiding from God, and I tried to cover up my numerous sins by rushing in and getting married and then thinking to myself, “That takes care of that; I am all good.”

Não. it doesn’t work like that. I was covering up my sin with more sin. Just like when Adam and Eve sewed fig leaves together to cover their nakedness (their sins), it didn’t work either. Only God through the blood of Jesus can cover our sins. Anything else is a counterfeit.

Are there sins in your life that you are trying to cover up too with more sin? Or are you medicating to numb yourself so you don’t feel anything? Or are you pretending your sins do not exist?

Um dia, your sins will find you out. They will all be exposed. Just when we think we can get away with something, God shines His light into our darkened souls, and he exposes our faulty misguided ways to deal with our sin.

The only way our sins can truly be covered is by trusting in Jesus and receiving the gift of salvation that God freely offers all of us. God killed animals to cover Adam and Eve’s sin. When we put our faith and trust in Jesus, His blood covers our sins.

When I think back at how revolutionary Jesus was towards women in that day, I find it so amazing how they were permitted to travel and minister to Him and the disciples. Women during that time were treated like a piece of property with no rights, but Jesus changed that. They all felt valued and respected and were vital to the work He was doing.

In Luke Chapter 8, Mary Magdalene is described as a woman who was healed of evil spirits and infirmities, out of whom went 7 devils. Can you imagine for a moment the torment of a life she had? I wonder how many pregnancies she terminated? And how badly she was used and abused?

Mary was present for the most pivotal parts of Jesus’ life; she was at his crucifixion and burial. She was also at the tomb and saw the angels, and they spoke to her. She also met the Lord Jesus when He was resurrected and thought He was the gardener.

I love her conversation with Him. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?”

She said, “Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you laid Him, and I will take Him away.”

Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and recognized Him.

How sweet that Jesus appeared to her of all people, the woman with the horrible, troubled, and tormented past. What an incredible honor. When Jesus completely heals our lives and gives us a new purpose and values and loves us, then our natural response would be similar to hers. We belong for the first time in our lives.

Jesus speaks these words about a woman in the city who was a sinner, who washes His feet with her tears and wipes them with her hair and puts expensive ointment on his feet and kisses them. All those who observed this shameful display were horrified because she was a woman, probably a prostitute.

Lucas 8:44-50
Then He turned to the woman and said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has washed My feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head. You gave Me no kiss, but this woman has not ceased to kiss My feet since the time I came in. You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil. Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.”

Then He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.”

And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?”

Then He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Vá em paz."

 

We love Jesus so much because of the many sins He has forgiven us of. We want to share that same love with other women who are still being tormented by the evil one.

A paz de Deus

Ótimo paz aqueles que amam a tua lei: e nada os ofenderá. Salmo 119:165

Mas o fruto do Espírito é o amor, alegria, paz, longanimidade, gentileza, bondade, fé, mansidão, temperança: contra tal não há lei. Gálatas 5:22-23

Essas coisas eu falei com você, que em Mim você possa ter paz. No mundo você terá tribulações; mas tenha bom ânimo, Eu venci o mundo. John 16:33

Quando meu pai e minha mãe me abandonam, Então o Senhor cuidará de mim. Salmo 27:10

Todos neste mundo desejam paz. Os políticos estão prometendo paz, mas eles não podem entregar isso.

Por que ansiamos pela paz em nossas almas? Porque todos fomos criados por Deus, que oferece esta paz a todos os Seus filhos. A paz está listada em terceiro lugar na lista dos frutos do Espírito em Gálatas 5:22-23.

Jesus nos disse em João 16:33, “Neste mundo vocês terão tribulações, testes, e sofrimento, mas tenha certeza e confiança de que venci o mundo.”

Deus nos criou para um relacionamento com Ele, mas tentamos preencher esse vazio em nossos corações com todo tipo de coisas, mas nada satisfaz. Somente um relacionamento com Jesus pode satisfazer nosso anseio de comunhão com nosso Deus Criador e Pai..

Jesus é a resposta para todos os problemas que enfrentamos neste mundo. Ele cura nossos corações partidos e cura nossas feridas (referência. Salmo 147:3). Ele é o Grande Médico.

Em Isaías 9:6, que é uma predição de Seu nascimento, afirma que Jesus será chamado de Maravilhoso Conselheiro, Deus poderoso, Pai Eterno, Príncipe da Paz.

Como podemos descrever a paz de Deus para alguém que nunca a experimentou?? É o conhecimento de que estou perdoado, e não preciso mais esconder meus pecados e segredos. Não preciso mais usar máscara e fingir que está tudo bem. Eu posso ser real. Sou amado e aceito por Deus do jeito que sou porque Jesus pagou a dívida do meu pecado na cruz. Não estou mais separado de Deus. Posso amar e perdoar os outros por causa do que Deus fez por mim. eu estou livre. Isso é o que me dá paz. Eu não pertenço mais ao diabo; Fui comprado pelo precioso sangue de Jesus. Eu pertenço a Deus agora, e ninguém pode me arrancar da mão do Pai (referência. John 10:29).

Durante o tempo em que escrevo isto, Não tenho paz há alguns meses, e eu não entendi o porquê até agora. Eu estava permitindo que o inimigo me derrotasse na área de minha herança e finanças terrenas. Meu filho não consegue trabalhar há mais de 2.5 anos com uma doença que ainda não foi diagnosticada, e minha filha é mãe solteira. E eu ainda estou precisando.

Acabei de descobrir a ferida que o inimigo está cutucando. É minha ferida de rejeição. Enquanto escrevo isso, o Senhor trouxe esse versículo à minha mente, “Quando meu pai e minha mãe me abandonarem, então o Senhor cuidará de mim”. Salmo 27:10

Oh Senhor, Sou muito grato por seu amor e carinho por mim e minha família. Estou muito grato por você ter removido a cegueira para que eu pudesse ver a causa raiz do meu tormento. Eu me sinto abandonado e rejeitado e não um herdeiro em minha família terrena. Uau!! Isso é tão grande, senhor. Obrigado por esta revelação.

Neste momento de domingo, Fevereiro 4, 2024, no 7:30 SOU, Eu experimentei um avanço. Obrigada, Jesus. Agora eu sei com o que estava lidando. O inimigo turvou minha mente e eu não pude ver claramente a causa raiz do meu tormento e falta de paz. Eu estava sentindo rejeição da minha família terrena.

Muitos de vocês, queridos, sofreram abusos por parte de seus familiares, que deveriam te amar e cuidar de você, e para isso, Lamento muito que você tenha passado por esse trauma. Essas feridas são tão profundas. Oro para que você saiba o quanto você é amado pelo Senhor e que Ele deseja curá-lo em todos os seus lugares quebrados.. Ele quer que você venha a Ele como uma criança, acreditar pela fé que Ele é uma pessoa segura e que você pode confiar Nele.

O inimigo está continuamente tentando roubar sua paz porque ele sabe que você pertence a Deus. Ele não pode levar seu espírito para o inferno, mas ele pode atormentar você.

Passe algum tempo a sós com o Senhor em um lugar tranquilo, e permita que Seu Espírito Santo ministre a você. Ele te ama tanto, e Ele conhece suas lutas. Ele recolhe suas lágrimas em uma garrafa. Ele sabe tudo sobre você, e Ele ainda te ama mais do que você pode compreender. Peça a Ele para cobri-lo com Sua paz e protegê-lo. Tome a decisão diária de caminhar na paz Dele, independentemente do que esteja acontecendo ao seu redor..

Perguntas para levar a sério:

1.) Você está experimentando a paz de Deus? Você pode dar um exemplo da paz de Deus no meio de uma tempestade ou situação? Como foi isso para você? Por favor, explique.

2.) Se não, o que está impedindo você de experimentar Sua paz?

Existem várias coisas que podem roubar nossa paz: abuso, pecado não confessado, dor intensa, ensaios prolongados, rejeição, abandono, cansaço, solidão, depressão, pesar, desespero, desesperança, etc. Por favor, explique.

3.) Como podemos encorajá-lo hoje?

P.S.. Lembrei-me que fiz uma lista de afirmações há cerca de cinco anos chamada, “Quem eu sou em Cristo para combater a rejeição.” Eu costumava ler esta lista todos os dias por pelo menos um ano. Preciso voltar a fazer isso para vestir minha armadura e estar protegido das mentiras do maligno.
